How to convert the sim from 2G to 3G in India ?

3G ACTIVATION OPERATOR

type a message START 3G and send on 121.just after a while you will get a sms that your 3G activation accomplished.

 3G ACTIVATION FOR BSNL OPERATOR

 type a message HELPMIG and send on 52244.after a while you will recieve a sms ,select option MIGRATION TO 3G in that. now your activation will be accomplished.

3G ACTIVATION FOR RELIANCE OPERATOR

type a message START 3G and send on 53733.just after a while you will get a sms that your 3G activation accomplished.

3G ACTIVATION FOR VODAFONE OPERATOR

type a message ACT3G and send on 144.after a while you will recieve a sms ,select option MIGRATION TO 3G in that. now your activation will be accomplished.

3G ACTIVATION FOR IDEA OPERATOR

type a message ACT3G and send on 12345.after a while you will recieve a sms ,select option MIGRATION TO 3G in that. now your activation will be accomplished.

3G ACTIVATION FOR TATA OPERATOR

type a message 3GLIFE and send on 53333.just after a while you will get a sms that your 3G activation accomplished.

3G ACTIVATION FOR AIRCEL OPERATOR

type a message START 3G and send on 121.just after a while you will get a sms that your 3G activation accomplished.

IN CASE IF ONE WANT TO USE 3G INTERNET THEN ALL YOU NEED IS A 3G ENABLED MOBILE HANDSET,INCASE IF HANDSET IS DUAL SIM THEN CHECK  WHICH SIM SLOT SUPPORTS 3G NETWORK, AND THEN THERE IS NO NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SIM FROM 2G TO 3G, AS SOON AS YOU WILL GET THE RECHARGE DONE OF 3G, THE 3G INTERNET DATA PACK WILL GET ACTIVATED ON YOUR MOBILE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE NOT CONVERTED YOUR SIM TO 3G. IT WORKS WELL IN VODAFONE AS IT IS TRIED AND TESTED IN DELHI/NCR CIRCLE. It will also work for other n/w as well, but before getting the 3G internet data pack get it confirmed by your service provider as well.
